We spend a lot of time debating some of these issues. I personally will use it to reinforce my belief that using names in subject lines has more downside (data is wrong) than upside (seems that it doesn’t lift open rates).

Every one has some tidbit that is interesting. Here, there is a suggestion that mobile browsers may be using Amazon as a virtual showroom…that is, checking whether the store price is beaten on Amazon, but then researching online pricing more using other sites.
