Eliminate The Wait

This kind of process can be very customer centric. Went to the Genius Bar over the weekend, and wound up scheduling a time for the next day when told the next availability was in 3 hours.

However, when I bought socks next door, would have been annoyed if the wait was over 3 minutes, or if it were suggested I come back tomorrow.
